What's the difference between "gift credits" and "credit balance"?
Every plan comes with a monthly gift-credit allowance that refreshes at the start of each period. Any unused gift credit carries over to the next period but expires at the end of it — so it lives for at most one period. Your credit balance is credit you buy separately: it never expires, stays indefinitely, and kicks in automatically once your gift credits run out.
What happens if my monthly gift credits run out?
Nothing stops. Once your gift credits are used up, consumption continues from your purchased credit balance. You can buy more credit from the panel anytime, or move to a plan with more gift credits.
What's the difference between monthly and annual plans?
Both unlock the same features. On an annual plan you get more gift credits per month for the same monthly rate, and you pay one year upfront. On a monthly plan you pay each month and can stop at any period end.
How many credits does an action cost?
Each action's credit is known upfront by type: queries and tracking are the cheapest (~0.4 credit), while updating a record or creating a new document or shipment costs a bit more (~0.9 credit). Only actions that actually run consume credits; you track usage live from the panel.
Is there a contract or commitment?
There is no setup fee and no time commitment. You can stop a monthly plan at any period end. An annual plan is paid upfront and is not refunded mid-term, but your entitlements stay open for the whole period. Purchased credit balance never expires under any circumstance. On the Enterprise plan we can set up a custom contract with an SLA if you wish.
What happens when I upgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay the new plan's price that day, your gift credits jump to the new plan level, and any gift credits left from the old period carry into the first period. When switching annual-to-annual, the value of not-yet-started months is deducted from the new plan. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly switches take effect at period end.
How do payment and tax work?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Companies in Türkiye are invoiced in TRY with applicable taxes. Monthly plans are paid by card; annual plans and credit packs can be paid by card or bank transfer.
Can I start with a trial?
