This policy explains how we protect the privacy of visitors to heyatlas.net and the heyAtlas platform. Our relationship with companies using the Platform is additionally governed by service agreements and data processing addenda.
2. Data We Collect
On the website we only collect data you provide to us (demo request form, meeting selection) and technical records required for security (IP, browser information). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used on the site.
3. Cookies
Only functional cookies are used: your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and, if you sign in, a session cookie. These are strictly necessary for the site to work; there are no advertising or tracking cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser settings; your language preference will then reset.
4. Data Security
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and hosted in the European Union. Access is limited by role-based authorisation and actions are written to the audit log. Your data is never used to train AI models.
5. Third Parties
To provide the service we work with hosting, database and email providers (sub-processors). Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
