heyAtlas connects to the external systems used in logistics operations and unifies them under a single assistant and automation layer. The catalogue keeps growing; the current list is on the Integrations page.
System families
The platform places every external system into a family:
- Carriers — rate query, booking, container and vessel tracking (Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, COSCO, Evergreen Line, HMM, Yang Ming, PIL and the like).
- ERP Systems — order, shipment and master data (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Logo, Netsis, Mikro Yazılım, DİA, Siber ERP and the like).
- TMS & Logistics Software — transport management and visibility (CargoWise, Oracle TMS, SAP TM, project44 and the like).
- Parcel & Warehouse — parcel shipment and warehouse systems.
- Platforms — industry platforms that carry operational and file processes.
- Payment Systems and Banks — collection and payment (iyzico, Param, PayTR and the like).
- e-Invoicing — e-document operations (Nilvera, Uyumsoft, Veriban, EDM Bilişim, Paraşüt, Foriba and the like).
- Channels — Microsoft Teams and Outlook / email.
Transport modes are defined separately on the platform: sea, air, road, rail and multimodal.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Your company can also connect its own email and file account:
- Outgoing email is sent from your company's own address (Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace).
- Incoming mail is read from your company's own mailbox and fed into automations (Microsoft 365 only).
- File and spreadsheet work runs with your own account: OneDrive, SharePoint and Excel; Drive and Sheets.
Once signed in, the connection is set up from the «Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace connection» card on the Settings → Email tab; only the permission bundles you select are requested on the consent screen. The details are in the «Channels» article.
How it works
Each system is offered on the platform as a tool; you use tools by writing directly to the assistant or as steps inside automation chains. heyAtlas reads the authentication method (API key, bearer token, username/password, OAuth) from the system record and applies it automatically.
- If a system requires an API credential, your company enters it once from the Settings → Credentials tab and reuses it across every automation.
- You can also enter the credential while subscribing: in the Automations → Library screen, the Configuration step of a subscription saves the credential alongside the subscription.
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are not filled in by hand; they are connected through the «Connect» flow.
If the system you need is not listed
Once signed in, open a New Ticket from the Management & Support → My Tickets screen and choose Automation Request as the type; our team will evaluate the integration.
