heyAtlas is an AI-powered automation platform for logistics companies. Your teams write requests in natural language via Microsoft Teams or email; Atlas understands the request, picks the right tool, asks for your approval when needed and completes the work in your connected systems. You can also carry out the same work by hand from the portal screens.
What does the portal cover?
The screens are split into six modules. The left menu only opens the groups for the modules you subscribe to; an item without a subscription is drawn with a «Locked» badge and takes you to the module's overview page.
- Sales & Customer — lead registry, customer directory, credit applications, agreements.
- Partners — agent, supplier and carrier directory.
- Pricing & Quotes — requests, freight queries, rate requests to carriers, customer quotes, procurement contracts.
- Operations — booking and cut-off tracking, files.
- Tracking & Visibility — shipment tracking, alerts, analytics and emissions.
- Finance — incoming/outgoing invoices, receivables, payables, expenses, reconciliation, FX and cash.
Screens still being prepared carry a «Coming soon» badge; today this applies to all of the Finance module's screens. Your company administrator turns module subscriptions on and off from the Settings → Module Subscriptions tab.
Automation and control
- From the Library you subscribe to ready-made automations; with Build Automation you build multi-step automation chains triggered by email, schedule or webhook.
- Chains carry approval steps, conditions and branching; the Adaptive Card step sends a fillable card to Teams and Outlook.
- Atlas Autonomy decides at which step Atlas asks you: Assist, Autonomous, Fully Autonomous. Today it is open for the Pricing & Quotes module.
- Every run is monitored from the Activity Logs screen; spending is deducted from the credit balance on Plan & Billing.
How do I access it?
- Portal: www.heyatlas.net — the interface is available in six languages (Settings → Language Settings).
- Teams: the Atlas app provisioned for your company (Settings → Teams App).
- Email: the Atlas address given to your company. You can also connect your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account so outgoing mail is sent from your own address and incoming mail is read from your own mailbox (Settings → Email).
